1. Introduction
Welcome to Sloper, a climbing tracking application developed by Sloper LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our app and website (sloperapp.com). By downloading, installing, or using the Sloper app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Additionally, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to app downloads through the Apple App Store.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Sloper. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the app.
3. Account Registration
To use Sloper, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, username, and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some features of Sloper require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to automatic renewal unless canceled through your Apple App Store account settings. Apple handles all payment processing, and refund requests should be directed to Apple per their refund policies. Sloper LLC does not directly process payments or manage refunds.
5. Permitted Use
You may use Sloper to log climbs, track climbing sessions, view analytics and progress, and participate in leaderboards. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Post harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including logos, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Sloper LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal purposes only.
8. User Content
By submitting climb data, session logs, or other content to Sloper, you grant Sloper a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it within the Service, including features like leaderboards and analytics.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Sloper LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your account data may be deleted.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sloper LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and on our website. Continued use of Sloper after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Notionary, an AI-powered study companion developed by Workshop Labs, LLC. By using Notionary on iOS, Android, or the web, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account using your email address. Authentication is handled via a one-time password (magic link) sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account.
3. Subscription and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your respective platform's settings. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat). Workshop Labs, LLC does not directly process payments or manage refunds.
4. User Content
You own all study materials you create within Notionary, including notes, flashcards, and quizzes. We do not claim ownership of your materials and will permanently delete them upon account removal. Content is stored solely for the purpose of providing app functionality.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Notionary for any unlawful purpose
- Disrupt or interfere with the service
- Reverse engineer or decompile the application
- Misuse AI-generated content
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, and source code associated with Notionary are owned by Workshop Labs, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Notionary for personal, educational purposes only.
7. Termination
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@notionary.app. Workshop Labs, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FitRank app, developed by Workshop Labs, LLC. By using FitRank on iOS or Android, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.
2. Account Registration
To access FitRank features, you must create an account using your email address. Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account to prevent unauthorized access.
3. Subscription and Payments
FitRank is free to use. An optional Supporter subscription unlocks extra features. It renews automatically at the price and billing period shown before you buy, until you cancel. How you are billed, cancel, and request a refund depends on where you subscribed:
- iPhone and iPad (App Store). Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase and charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel them in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, or from Profile > Manage Subscription in the app. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before the current one ends. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; Workshop Labs, LLC cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
- Android, and subscriptions bought in earlier versions of the app. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancel from Profile > Manage Subscription in the app, or email support@fitrank.app to cancel or request a refund.
- Canceling. When you cancel, you keep your Supporter features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Deleting your account. This cancels a subscription billed through Stripe, but not one billed by Apple: cancel that in your device's Settings first.
- Price changes. You will be told before a new price applies; App Store subscribers are notified by Apple.
- Free memberships. We may offer free or promotional memberships at our discretion.
4. User Content, Challenges, and Leaderboards
You are responsible for the accuracy of activity logs you submit (e.g., exercise counts). By joining a challenge, you agree to share your username, profile photo, status emoji, and exercise contributions with other challenge participants. Your activity may also appear on a global leaderboard visible to all FitRank users. You can choose not to appear on the global leaderboard at any time in your account settings.
To keep competition fair, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove or adjust individual activity logs, and to remove a user from the global leaderboard, where we believe the data submitted is fraudulent, misleading, or not physically plausible. Removal from the global leaderboard applies to every global leaderboard, across all exercises and time periods. Removal does not delete your account or your activity history, and you may continue to use FitRank. If you believe a global leaderboard ban was made in error, email support@fitrank.app.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FitRank for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt service, reverse engineer the app, or harass other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or compromise app integrity.
6. Health Disclaimer
FitRank is designed for tracking fitness activities and social competition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. Workshop Labs, LLC is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from physical activities tracked through the app.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, and source code associated with FitRank are owned by Workshop Labs, LLC. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the app for personal fitness tracking purposes only.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile > Delete Account) or by contacting support@fitrank.app. Workshop Labs, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the app. Upon deletion, data associated with your account is removed as described in our Privacy Policy. See section 3 for how deletion affects a subscription.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Workshop Labs, LLC does not guarantee that FitRank will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workshop Labs, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted in the app with a new effective date. Continued use of FitRank after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
