When you create an account on Sloper, we collect the following personal information:

  • Full name
  • Username
  • Email address
  • City
  • State/Province

We do not collect, store, or process any other personal information.

The information we collect is used to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Enable other users to find and connect with you as friends
  • Authenticate your identity through a magic link sent to your email
  • Send product updates and announcements
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our app and services

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use third-party analytics tools to help us understand how the app is used, but these tools only collect anonymous, aggregated data for performance analysis.

5. Data Security

We take your data security seriously. Sloper does not store passwords, as login is facilitated through a magic link sent to your registered email address. This means there are no credentials stored on our servers that could be compromised.

You have the right to:

  • Edit your personal information at any time through the app settings
  • Request the deletion of your account by contacting us at support@sloperapp.com

Upon account deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently removed from our servers.

We do not send marketing emails through third-party services. Any communications from Sloper will come directly from us and will be limited to product updates, service-related announcements, and account authentication.

Notionary is an AI-powered study companion created by Workshop Labs LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our iOS, Android, or web platforms. By using Notionary, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

  • Email Address — required for account creation and authentication via Supabase's one-time password (magic link) system
  • User-Generated Content — study materials you create, including notes, flashcards, quizzes, and mind maps, which are stored privately
  • Anonymous Usage Data — collected through Google Analytics to help us understand app performance and improve user experience

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Authenticate your account via magic link login
  • Maintain your account and securely store your study content
  • Send transactional communications (login links, account notifications)
  • Send occasional product updates and feature announcements (you may opt out)

4. Third-Party Services

Notionary relies on the following third-party services solely for the purposes of delivering app functionality:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and storage infrastructure
  • OpenAI — AI-powered content generation features
  • Stripe / RevenueCat — payment and subscription management
  • Apple / Google — app distribution and in-app purchases
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account remains active. You may request complete account and data deletion at any time by contacting support@notionary.app. Upon confirmation, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

We protect your data using Supabase's encryption, role-based access policies, and secure transmission protocols. No passwords are stored; authentication uses email-based magic links.

Welcome to FitRank, a fitness challenge app developed by Workshop Labs, LLC. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. By using FitRank on iOS or Android, you agree to the terms described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal personal information:

  • Email Address — required for account creation and sign-in, using a one-time code sent to your email.
  • Profile Information — your name, a username, and an optional profile photo and status emoji. Your username, photo, and status are shown to other users (see section 5).
  • Activity Data — exercise logs you submit (e.g., push-ups, pull-ups) which are used to track your progress and display on challenge and global leaderboards.
  • Purchase Information — if you subscribe, your plan, its price, and its purchase, renewal, and cancellation dates. Payments are processed by Apple or Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
  • Device Information — your app version and platform (iOS or Android), and, if you turn on notifications, a push notification token.
  • Cancellation Feedback — if you cancel a subscription, any reason or comments you choose to give us.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email.
  • Maintain your account and store your fitness activity data securely.
  • Display your progress on challenge leaderboards visible to other challenge participants, and on a global leaderboard visible to all FitRank users (you may opt out in your account settings).
  • Send transactional emails such as sign-in codes and account notifications.
  • Process subscriptions and provide Supporter features.
  • Send push notifications you have turned on, such as challenge updates and reminders.
  • Send occasional feature updates or product announcements (you may opt out at any time).

4. Third-Party Services

FitRank uses trusted third-party services to operate and enhance the app:

  • Supabase – authentication, database, and storage.
  • Apple – App Store distribution, and payments for subscriptions bought on iPhone or iPad.
  • RevenueCat – manages App Store subscriptions; receives your FitRank account ID, name, username, email address, and purchase information.
  • Stripe – processes payments for subscriptions bought on Android or in earlier versions of the app; receives your email address and payment details.
  • Expo, Apple, and Google – deliver push notifications you have turned on.
  • Discord – private notifications to our team about new accounts and subscriptions, which may include your email address.

These providers are used solely for the purposes of delivering app functionality, not for advertising or data resale.

5. What Other Users Can See

When you join a challenge, its other participants can see your username, profile photo, status emoji, and exercise contributions for that challenge. Unless you opt out in your account settings, all FitRank users can also see your username, profile photo, status emoji, and exercise totals on the global leaderboards. Your name and email address are never shown to other users.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your account data and activity logs remain stored for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile > Delete Account) or by emailing support@fitrank.app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, profile photo, challenges and their cover images, activity history, and subscription records from our systems, and removes your name, username, and email address from RevenueCat.

A few records are kept: Apple and Stripe keep their own payment records under their own policies and legal obligations, RevenueCat keeps an anonymous record of your purchases (no longer linked to you) for our accounting, and any cancellation feedback you chose to give us may be kept to help improve FitRank.

7. Security

We rely on Supabase's encryption, role-based access policies, and secure transmission protocols to protect user data. FitRank does not store any passwords. All sign-ins use a one-time code sent to your verified email.

8. Your Privacy Choices

  • You can update your name, username, photo, and status within the app.
  • You may opt out of marketing emails while continuing to receive essential transactional ones.
  • You can turn push notifications on or off in the app or in your device's settings.
  • You can delete your account at any time (see section 6).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app and on our website, with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
